These Fundraising Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern collection of donations pursuant to description provided on campaign webpages (“Campaigns”) published on www.techsors.com website. Please read these Terms carefully before you make a donation to Yoad Media LLC a Delaware company (“we”, “us”, “our”), conducting a fundraising campaign through the website operated by Yoad Development and Technology 2014 LTD, our Israeli affiliated company.
Yoad Media LLC is not a broker, agent, financial institution, creditor or 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. All donations are made to for-profit legal entity and are tax deductible.

We use Stripe for facilitating donation payments. All payments are non-refundable. All donations made through the website are processed securely. We are not responsible for any errors in donation amounts or any issues arising from payment processing services, or commission you have to pay for transaction facilitation.

Donations will be used to support the purpose as described in Campaign. Yoad Media LLC reserves the right to allocate donations to Yoad Technology and Production 2014 LTD, our Israel based affiliate, as needed to fulfill Campaign purposes.

Neither we nor our affiliates will not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
